The all new Prodigy F9 is the most understable disc Prodigy has ever made, and perhaps one of the most understable disc golf discs ever.
The F9 boasts minimal end-of-flight fade, providing an enjoyable experience on the course. It grants me a respectable 300 feet of distance even at low power, although achieving greater distance poses challenges as it has a tendency to flip over and assume a roller trajectory. Notably, it stands as the most understable disc released by leading brands.
In terms of material, the 500 plastic presents an appealing appearance and pleasant tactile sensation, and the F9’s manufacturing quality is impeccable.
The Prodigy F9’s substantial understability proves beneficial for diverse shot types, including scenarios where I desire a right-turning flight path even with high and nose-up throws, instances requiring a hyzer flip at low power, situations where forehand throws are not feasible, during extreme tailwinds, and for players with limited throwing capabilities due to age or experience.
